The workshop will offer you:

Too often supervision can become a limited experience based around case detail with a problem saturated focus. In order for supervision to be effective, both supervisor and supervisee need to be clear about the functions and purposes of it. A key to this is the safe exploration of practice using reflective practice. This workshop explores the essential elements of reflective practice and combines this with solution focused thinking and emotional intelligence theory. Useful for both those receiving supervision and those providing it, this workshop offers a deepening of the supervision experience as way to ensure best practice. Both Nicki and Cherie are trained in and provide and receive clinical supervision, and use this approach.
